Confidentiality?
I take client confidentiality seriously, therefore a confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement is included in all client contracts.
I am registered under the Data Protection Act 2018 (reference number ZA484590).
How can you help me?

How does it work?
We start by getting to know each other.
We will discuss how you like to operate and communicate, including any technology requirements. We will review your support needs and the tasks or projects you want help with.
After this, I will draft a plan outlining how I will support you and the costs involved.
Once you’re happy, we can get started!

How do you work?
My home office is in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, equipped with a laptop, printer/scanner, and all other typical office tools. I use cloud-based solutions to make collaboration easy.
If you prefer face-to-face meetings or need on-site help, I am more than happy to travel. In short, I am very flexible with when and where I work.
How much will it cost me?
Since every business is unique, I offer different ways to work together.
We’ll discuss your support needs and frequency so that we can find the best solution for you.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes! Face-to-face consultations are free for clients near S40 3FH. Alternatively, we can chat via phone, Skype, Teams, Zoom, WhatsApp, or FaceTime.
During the consultation, we can get to each other and also discuss where you need my help.
What are the advantages of outsourcing?
Benefits include flexibility, no office space needed, and I bring my own equipment so no training required. Feel free to read my blog on the advantages of outsourcing.
What is a retainer package?
A retainer is paid in advance, ensuring that my services are guaranteed for a specified period, e.g., 5 hours per week.
This can be paid either as a lump sum upfront or alternatively via recurring payments.
If you prefer, I also offer a pay-as-you-go option, where you pay only for hours worked as needed.
By doing what I do best, you are free to get on with what you do best!
