How does it work? ...

I take client confidentiality very seriously, therefore a confidentiality agreement or non-disclosure agreement forms part of all client agreements.

I am registered under the Data Protection Act 2018 (reference number ZA484590).

Are you working late or at weekends and missing out on all the fun?

Do you need to move premises, but don’t know where to start?

Are you wanting to attend an expo or an event, but just don’t have the time to short out all the arrangements?

Do you need help with the day-to-day tasks that get in the way?

If the answer is YES, then I can certainly help you.

We start by getting to know one another. 

We will discuss how you like to operate and communicate, including any specific technology needs.  We will discuss your support needs and get ideas of the tasks or projects you would like assistance with.  

After we have discussed what support you need and how often, I will draft up a plan.  The plan will outline how I will support you and how much it will cost. 

When you are happy … we can get started!

My home office is based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. I have my laptop, printer/scanner, etc. in other words, all the equipment associated with a well-equipped office.  I use various cloud-based solutions to enable us to work together.

If you prefer to meet face to face or need assistance on-site to help with meetings or events, I am more than happy to travel.  In short, I am very flexible with when and where I work.

Every business is unique, therefore I offer a variety of ways in which we can work together.  Depending on what support you need and how often you need it, we can talk through the various options and find the right solution for you and your business.

A face-to-face consultation is free for all clients located within a reasonable distance of S40 3FH. Alternatively, we can chat either by telephone, Skype, Teams, Zoom or FaceTime.

The consultation gives us an invaluable opportunity to get to know more about each other and to discuss in detail where you need my help. 

There are many benefits e.g. flexibility, no office space required, I come with my own equipment and resources, and I won’t need any training.  Feel free to read my blog on the advantages of outsourcing.

A retainer package/fee is an amount of money paid in advance by you, to ensure my services are available for an amount of time over an agreed period.  E.g. 5 hrs per week, 35 hrs per month etc.

This can be paid with a lump sum upfront or by recurring payment.

I also offer a pay-as-you-go service, which means that you pay me for the hours I work as and when you need my help.

By doing what I do best, you are free to get on with what you do best!
