Retainer packages – perfect if you need regular monthly support with guaranteed availability.
If you choose a retainer package, you’ll have dedicated hours reserved each month. As a result, you can plan ahead with confidence while knowing support is always available when you need it.

Additional Costs
If there are any additional expenses, I will inform you beforehand.
Any agreed expenses, including postage, printing, stationery, travel, and mileage (45p per mile), will always be discussed and approved in advance.
I provide fully itemised invoices, so you can clearly see the work completed and any agreed expenses.
I am not VAT registered, so I do not charge VAT.
